Hugh Hefner has gone international this year in his pick of the annual "Playmate of the Year." Hefner gave African born Ida Ljungqvist the title at a celebration over the weekend at the Palms Casino and Resort and Las Vegas. Ida becomes the first-ever African born playmate.
