Paparazzi Video: Mandy Moore Dines Out at Pastis

Mandy Moore was spotted having lunch in New York City. Mandy dined at Pastis in New York City's Meat Packing district with some friends after a little bit of retail therapy. Mandy was asked if she is single now, but she did not answer the question. Mandy's friend came out of the French eatery prior to her exit to hail a cab. Mandy has reportedly split from her boyfriend Ryan Adams and is apparently eating her sorrows away.
